These terms govern your use of the ReturnPlus platform ("the platform"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Service description

ReturnPlus is a platform for managing after-sales operations for online stores: returns, exchanges, warranty, maintenance, and customer tickets, with a branded page for store customers and integrations with e-commerce platforms and shipping companies.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Your use of the platform must be for a lawful business activity.

Subscriptions and fees

The platform is offered through subscription plans whose details and prices are shown inside the platform or through the app store of the e-commerce platform your store is connected to. Plans and prices may change, with notice to you before a change applies to your subscription.

Merchant obligations

• Complying with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including e-commerce and consumer-protection regulations.
• Publishing clear return and exchange policies to your customers, consistent with what you configure in the platform.
• Ensuring the lawfulness of your customers' data processed through the platform and handling it in line with the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempting to disrupt it, gaining unauthorized access to its systems or its users' data, or abusing or flooding its interfaces is prohibited.

Third-party services

Some platform features depend on third-party services such as e-commerce platforms and shipping companies. Those services are subject to their providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or errors.

Intellectual property

The platform, its rights, trademarks, and technical content belong to ReturnPlus. Your use grants you only a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for the duration of your subscription.

Warranty and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is", with reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and in all cases our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms or abusing the platform. You may stop your subscription at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page. Continuing to use the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
